Equity Partners is a private real estate investment and development firm headquartered in the Connecticut Financial Center in the City of New Haven.

Our focus is the acquisition and management of various types of real estate developments of all sizes throughout the Northeast, USA.

We allow real estate investors with all levels of experience to partner with us on our carefully vetted opportunities in real estate ranging from major renovations & new construction single family homes to large scale residential & commercial developments.

 

 With over 2 decades of experience in real estate construction, brokerage & management, Equity Partners is dedicated to helping our investors achieve outsized returns while carefully managing risk. We spend significant time identifying and mitigating risk focus predominantly on what we feel are the most profitable projects possible & are personally invested into every single project we offer. We take an extremely careful & strategic approach when underwriting each opportunity.

Robert Letskus

Renowned real estate broker, seasoned investor & the owner and operator of Refined Living (NHC. 0016303) who performs all facets of construction from renovations to large ground up construction of single-family residential homes & condominium developments.
With over 23 years of experience and a portfolio that includes hundreds successfully managed, renovated and built properties, Robert is set to lead these ambitious new construction projects aimed at revitalizing residential homes, vacant land, commercial spaces, historic buildings and so much more across Connecticut, Massachusetts and throughout the Northeast.
Robert Letskus, owner of Platinum Associates, Inc. (REB. 0757866), has consistently been recognized for his excellence in the real estate market, being a sixteen-time winner of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors Quarterly Achievement Award. His comprehensive expertise in both residential and commercial real estate sales has established him as a premier figure in the industry.

All projects leverage Robert’s extensive experience in real estate investment and construction, ensuring a sophisticated approach to the development of multifaceted commercial properties.  Robert has honed his skills in acquiring, stabilizing, and enhancing properties, making him uniquely qualified to spearhead such significant endeavors.
